  • Shipping

    Your order will be shipped as soon as possible, and at the latest within 4 working days from its validation.


    You are responsible for the address provided at the delivery stage. However, if you wish to make a change after confirming the order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@neorya.fr, we will do everything possible to ensure that the address is corrected before shipping.

  • Shipping costs

    METROPOLITAN FRANCE

    Delivery is free for purchases over €50.

    If the order does not reach this amount, the shipping costs are:

    • €4 for delivery to a relay point (Relais Pickup La Poste)
    • 5€ for home delivery


    FRANCE OVERSEAS

    Delivery is free for purchases over €90.

    If the order does not reach this amount, the shipping costs are:

    • 13€ for home delivery


    EUROPEAN UNION

    Delivery is free for purchases over €90.

    If the order does not reach this amount, the shipping costs are:

    • 13€ for home delivery


    INTERNATIONAL

    The shipping costs are:

    • 25€ for home delivery

  • Returns

    We accept returns of new products within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order, at your expense.

    Please note that the returned product must not have been opened or tested.


    No refund will be made if the safety seal or protective sleeve is missing.


    The refund will be made within 14 working days following receipt of your return, after validation of the return by our teams. The return costs at the single rate of €6 will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
