These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all orders placed on the website www.neorya.fr (hereinafter "the Site"), published by NEORYA Cosmetics SASU, a company registered with the RCS of Bobigny under number 951 168 806, whose head office is located at 6 allée Albert Thomas, 93310 Le Pré-Saint-Gervais.

The customer declares to have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions before placing his order. Validation of the order therefore constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the Site. The photographs have no contractual value. The customer is required to read the information mentioned on the packaging of the product(s) before using them. NEORYA Cosmetics cannot be held liable for errors or omissions in the presentation of the products on the website.

Product prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs. NEORYA Cosmetics reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.

The order is validated when the customer clicks on the "Validate order" button at the end of the order process. A confirmation email is sent to the customer.

Products are offered within the limits of available stocks. In the event of unavailability of a product after placing the order, except in cases of pre-order, NEORYA Cosmetics will inform the customer by e-mail. The order will be automatically cancelled and no bank debit will be made.

Payment is made by credit card, PayPal, gift card or any other payment method offered on the Site. The order will only be shipped after confirmation of payment.

The products are shipped to the delivery address indicated by the customer when ordering. NEORYA Cosmetics cannot be held responsible for any addressing errors made by the customer. If the customer wishes to make a change after confirming the order, they must inform customer service at contact@neorya.fr as soon as possible, with no guarantee that their request will be taken into account.
Delivery times are indicative and not contractual. NEORYA Cosmetics cannot be held responsible for delivery delays beyond its control.

Delivery rates

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal. The customer must return the unused products (the safety seal or sleeve must be intact) in their original packaging, in perfect condition, and at his own expense. The refund will be made within 14 working days following receipt of the returned products if the return is deemed compliant.

Make a return request

Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. The recipient of the gift card can contact customer service at any time to find out the balance and expiration date of their card.

The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for consumer safety.
The products contain natural ingredients and allergens mentioned on the packaging in the list of INCI ingredients in accordance with the regulations.

The customer is required to read the information on the product before use.
NEORYA Cosmetics cannot be held responsible for any allergy or skin reaction that may result from the customer's individual sensitivity, nor for damage resulting from improper use of the product.

The liability of NEORYA Cosmetics will, in any event, be limited to the amount of the order.

The information collected on the Site is necessary for order management and commercial relations. It is processed in accordance with the Site's privacy policy.

All elements of the Site are the exclusive property of NEORYA Cosmetics. Any reproduction, exploitation, redistribution or use of the elements of the Site, whether textual, visual or audio, is strictly prohibited, except in the case of written authorization from NEORYA Cosmetics.

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action. Failing this, the courts of Bobigny will have sole jurisdiction.
