Our products are not certified organic. They are made with a minimum of 94% ingredients of natural origin.

Our treatments have demonstrated excellent tolerance on sensitive skin (customer testimonials). However, be careful to consult the list of ingredients before use, the perfume contained in our products itself contains some allergens of natural origin.

If you have very sensitive skin, we still recommend that you test a small area of ​​your skin beforehand.

We attach great importance to the composition of our products. For this reason we have excluded many controversial ingredients such as parabens, sulfates, phenoxyethanol or other endocrine disruptors.

We want to offer you very sensory products, which is why we have chosen to include perfume in our compositions. Some ingredients contained in the perfume have an allergenic potential, absolutely without consequence or danger. Furthermore, these ingredients are present in very small quantities (less than 0.004%).

Unfortunately, the algorithm of some applications such as Yukka does not take into account certain elements such as quantity, and can penalize our products for the presence of these allergens.

We do our best to reduce our environmental impact.

• Our products are manufactured and packaged in France.
• Our tubes are also made in France, using 60% locally recycled plastic.

We accept returns of new products within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order, at your expense.

Please note that the returned product must not have been opened or tested.

No refund will be made if the safety seal or protective sleeve is missing.

The refund will be made within 14 working days following receipt of your return, after validation of the return by our teams. The return costs at the single rate of €7 will be deducted from the amount of your refund.

We do not perform any beauty retouching, that is to say we do not retouch the skin or the physical characteristics of our models.

The only retouching made to all of our visuals is chromatic retouching (contrast, brightness, exposure, etc.).
